This Morning's Work
Plate 1 for my January 2011 calendar page — my contribution to a 2011 letterpress calendar being produced to benefit Pyramid Atlantic Art Center in Silver Spring, Md. I printed about 100 pages today, plus a few more to use for scrap / test alignment next week when I return to print the second plate.
On a related note, one of this weekend’s Groupons is a $20 (half-price) membership to Pyramid Atlantic, including free admission to their Book Arts Fair the first weekend in November. (I’m particularly intrigued by the documentary Typeface, screening on Nov. 7.)
