Candy Sushi Kit
Vulture featured a very cool video today involving a Japanese sushi candy-making kit. It’s quite intricate, but It seems like there’s a kind of methodical zen to the whole sushi-making process. The roe is particularly delightful.
I need to find one of these kits. Not that I particularly want to eat the candy, but the assembly process looks like fun.
